Refund Policy for Custom DIY Hair Clippers We’re stoked to create your one-of-a-kind DIY hair clippers, crafted just for you! Since these are personalized, we have a specific policy to ensure a smooth experience. You have 90 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. Here’s the deal:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for clippers that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (not as ordered). Customizations (e.g., personalized designs, engravings, or settings) are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Items must be in original condition, with packaging, free of stains or damage. Include your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
- Limit: Up to one (1) clipper per order can be refunded. Unlimited exchanges or store credit are allowed.
Return Process
- Contact our 24/7 support team at support@vekix.com within 90 days, including your order number and photos of the issue.
- If approved, we’ll send instructions and a return address (Asia warehouse). Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs (no prepaid labels). We cover all customs fees for original shipping (to your door).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds (to your original payment method) or exchanges process within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
